Overview
Nutrition across preconception, pregnancy and lactation supports both the mother's health and her baby's development. MY BABY Mom Care is a maternal nutritional supplement with DHA, AA, prebiotic FOS, folic acid and essential minerals (iron, calcium, zinc) in a low-fat dairy base.

Key nutrients
- DHA & AA: structural lipids of the brain and retina; demand rises in the third trimester and early lactation.
- Prebiotic FOS: stimulates beneficial Bifidobacteria and Lactobacilli, helping relieve constipation common in pregnancy and improving calcium and magnesium absorption.
- Folic acid: adequate periconceptional folic acid substantially reduces the risk of neural tube defects.
- Iron: supports hemoglobin synthesis as maternal blood volume expands; deficiency raises the risk of anemia.
- Low-fat dairy matrix: high-quality protein and calcium for maternal bone health.

Preparation
- Safe water. Use freshly boiled drinking water and cool it to the temperature stated on the product label.
- Accurate dosing. Use the enclosed level scoop (8.00 g per 200 ml water, or as per label).
- Mix. Stir thoroughly in a clean glass until completely dissolved.
